Project Overview

Our project takes a people-centered approach, using key informant interviews with aquatic animal health stakeholders to understand and prioritize diagnostic needs. Through thematic analysis, we aim to identify gaps in the current diagnostic system, ensuring stakeholder perspectives guide future improvements.

By identifying these needs and gaps, our project will deliver a roadmap with clear recommendations to strenghten Australia's aquatic animal health diagnostic network and guide the development of innovative, reliable, and affordable diagnostic services for the aquaculture industry and regulators.
